About the Professor:
Professor Frank J. Doti is a cum laude graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and a 1966 graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. He is a member of the bars of the states of California, Illinois and Colorado and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

He was an associate attorney for five years at McDermott Will & Emery in Chicago, the larges U.S. tax law firm in the nation. He served as vice president and tax law counsel for seven years at the Leo Burnett advertising agency in Chicago.

He is a professor of law at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California and holds the William P. Foley Chair in Corporate & Taxation Law. Chapman students selected Doti as Professor of the Year in 2012.

He has numerous published works in taxation law and is the author of the third edition of Contract Law Flowcharts and Cases published in 2012 by West Academic.
