About the Professor:
Professor Cheh is an Outstanding Professor at George Washington University where, for over thirty years, she has taught Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. During this time, she has also served as a Visiting Professor at various universities in the United States and abroad. Professor Cheh received her LL.M. from Harvard Law School and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. She is the author of numerous articles on constitutional law and has lectured around the country to thousands of students preparing for the bar examination. Professor Cheh is also a frequent media commentator on constitutional law issues.
