About the Professor:
Professor Catherine L. Carpenter is an alumnus of UCLA and Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was an editor of the law review. Professor Carpenter is currently the Irwin R. Buchalter Professor of Law at Southwestern and is also the recipient of the Rosenberg Distinguished Professor of Law Award, both of which are among the highest honors bestowed on faculty at Southwestern to honor teaching and scholarship.
