About the Professor:
Patrick J. Borchers is Dean and a Professor of Law at Creighton University School of Law. In 1993, he was named one of the nation’s top teaching law professors by The National Jurist. He was the co-recipient of the American Bar Association’s award for Administrative Law scholarship in 1995 and is the author of several articles on administrative and constitutional law.
