About the Professor:
Professor Richard J. Conviser received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, where he served on the Law Review, and his Dr. Jur. from the University of Cologne, Germany. Professor Conviser currently teaches at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was voted most outstanding law professor. He is the founder and National Director of the BAR/BRI Bar Review Program.
