About the Professor:
Professor Arthur R. Miller is the Bruce Bromley Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he has taught since 1971. He is well known for his many television appearances, including ABC’s Good Morning America, and is the host of In Context (Courtroom TV) and Miller’s Court (PBS). Professor Miller has authored or co-authored over twenty-five books. In addition, he also carries on an active law practice, particularly in the federal appellate courts. His dynamic lectures and exam-taking advice are eagerly sought by law students and bar exam candidates nationwide.
