About the Professor:
Professor Michael J. Kaufman received his J.D. from the University of Michigan, where he was the senior editor of the Yearbook of International Legal Studies. Prior to joining the faculty of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, he served as a judicial clerk to judges on the state courts of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
