About the Professor:
Professor David Epstein has taught at the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University since Fall 2003. In 2002, Professor Epstein was the Bruce W. Nichols Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. During the fall of 2002, he was a visiting professor at New York University, and during the spring of 2003, he was a visiting professor at Georgetown University and the Robert Zinman Visiting Scholar at the American Bankruptcy Institute. Professor Epstein has also co-authored a national casebook on contracts.
