About the Professor:
Professor Michael I. Spak received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where he was an associate editor of the law review, and an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a Ford Foundation Fellow. Professor Spak has published numerous books and articles, and currently teaches at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Professor Spak served with the U.S. Army in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps and is currently a liaison officer for a seven-state area.
