About the Professor:
Dean Michael Scaperlanda is the Dean for Scholarship and the Edwards Family Chair in Law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he has taught since 1989. His co-edited three-volume anthology, Immigration and the Constitution, was published in 2000 and his co-edited book, Recovering Self-Evident Truths: Catholic Perspectives in American Law, was published in 2007. His articles on immigration have appeared in such journals as the Connecticut Law Review, First Things, Iowa Law Review, St. Thomas Law Journal, Stanford Law & Policy Review, and Wisconsin Law Review.
