About the Professor:
Professor Burr has taught public international law since 1988. As a visiting professor at summer programs in Barcelona, Spain, Guanajuato, Mexico, Innsbruck, Austria, and Honolulu, Hawaii, she taught International Business Transactions, International Entertainment & Sports Law, and International Entertainment Law. Additionally, Professor Burr has lectured in countries as diverse as Barbados, Canada, Chile, France, Greece, Japan, Mexico and South Africa. She has served as a president of the International Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools and as a member of the Executive Council of the American Society of International Law. Professor Burr is a graduate of Yale Law School, Mount Holyoke College, and Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She is the author or co-author of four other books, and host of the New Mexico cable television show "Arts Talk."
