About the Professor:
Professor Schechter is an alumnus of Harvard Law School. He has been teaching at George Washington University Law School since 1980, and has twice received awards for teaching excellence. Professor Schechter is also the author of numerous books and articles, and is a lecturer for BAR/BRI Bar Review.
