About the Professor:
Professor Douglas Whaley has won seven outstanding teaching awards and has been voted the “Most Outstanding Professor” at Indiana University – Indianapolis School of Law, University of North Carolina School of Law and Ohio State University College of Law where he is the James W. Shocknessy Professor of Law. In addition to his brilliant teaching credentials, Professor Whaley has authored numerous widely recognized books and articles and is a much traveled lecturer in the areas of Commercial and Consumer Law. Professor Whaley also lectures in the Sum & Substance series for Commercial Paper & Payment Law, Consumer Law and Sale and Lease of Goods.
