About the Professor:
Professor Douglas Whaley has won nine outstanding teaching awards and has been voted “Outstanding Professor” at Indiana University—Indianapolis School of Law, University of North Carolina School of Law and Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law where he is Professor Emeritus. In addition to his brilliant teaching credentials, Professor Whaley has authored seven casebooks and is a much-traveled lecturer in the areas of Commercial and Consumer Law. Professor Whaley also provides Sum and Substance CD lectures for Consumer Law and Sale and Lease of Goods.
